After more than twenty years working alongside growing businesses, one belief has remained constant: Healthy successful organizations do not happen by chance. They are intentionally built by leaders who understand that every business decision shapes how people think, engage, collaborate, and perform.

My career has taken me from leading Accounting, HR People & Culture, and Operations to Executive leadership coaching in various industries.

Today, I work alongside leadership teams as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, helping organizations scale with intention—strengthening leadership, building solid foundations, and protecting the culture that made the business successful in the first place.

Earlier in my career, I built a luxury spa and relaxation product business earning national recognition through Entertainment Tonight, Emmy Awards gift bags, and a partnership with QVC. Building a company from the ground up reinforced a lesson that still shapes my work today: sustainable growth is built through people, not around them
