With over 20 years of experience as a Business Consultant, I mainly support medium-sized organizations managing growth—emphasis on strategy, processes, people and culture. I believe that sustainable success comes from aligning operational excellence with human-centered leadership.
My background bridges two critical areas of business: Accounting, where I’ve led departments and served as Controller, and HR, People & Culture, where I’ve supported teams in both the U.S. and Europe. This dual expertise allows me to guide companies through growth with a fine balance of financial clarity and cultural strength.
Today, I lead hands-on across HR, People & Culture, Accounting, and Operations, while supporting leadership teams through a strategic executive advisory role.
Earlier in my career, I launched a luxury spa and relaxation product line that gained national recognition through Entertainment Tonight, Emmy Awards gift bags, and a QVC partnership—an experience that reinforced my belief that successful growth requires strong vision, clear strategy, and solid execution.
