About Me
With more than 20 years of experience as a Business Consultant, I have a fundamental understanding and appreciation for working in challenging and/or complex start-up environments – small to medium sized organizations. I guide, coach and lead operations well knowing that each organization is unique and that people and culture are top priorities when considering the health, wellness and success of a growing business.
My experience spans from leading Accounting Departments, usually in a Controller position, to providing HR, People and Culture consulting for companies in the US as well as with European teams. The Executive Advisory role continues to be a constant in my career and a natural extension of the services I provide.
My passion for running and cultivating businesses combined with my nurturing genes led to the launch of a line of luxurious spa and relaxation products in 2005. The venture ended up with some very exciting accomplishments including being part of the gift bags at the Emmy Awards, featured on “Entertainment Tonight”, while the ultimate highlight was the collaboration with QVC.
